Mentorship Program
The Mentorship Program
The Mentorship Program is an initiative to help first-year and second-year AIS members find a path to success within AIS and the MIS major.
Interested students will be paired with like-minded, high-achieving, upperclassmen mentors to guide them through the early stages of their Temple AIS and MIS experience.
Mentors will be a resource for mentees who have questions or are seeking advice related to coursework, career exploration, networking/social skills, and/or college life in general.
Mentors and mentees will receive 25 Professional Achievement Points (PRO Points) for active participation in the program.

The Alumni Mentorship Program
The Alumni Mentorship Program connects junior and senior AIS members with successful AIS alumni for mentorship and professional growth. This program provides students with the opportunity to learn from mentors who understand their journey as former AIS members.
Key features of the program include:
Students are selectively paired with alumni based on application responses.
Participants complete 3 structured deliverables throughout the semester to foster meaningful connections.
The program is flexible, with no mandatory events or meeting times.
Students who complete all deliverables on time will earn 25 Professional Achievement Points. This program is separate from the AIS Mentorship Program, providing unique AIS-specific insights and guidance from recent alumni.
