The Alumni Mentorship Program connects junior and senior AIS members with successful AIS alumni for mentorship and professional growth. This program provides students with the opportunity to learn from mentors who understand their journey as former AIS members.

Key features of the program include:

• Students are selectively paired with alumni based on application responses.

• Participants complete 3 simple deliverables throughout the semester to foster meaningful connections.

• The program is flexible, with no mandatory events or meeting times.

Students who complete all deliverables on time will earn 25 Professional Achievement Points. This program is separate from the AIS Mentorship Program, providing unique AIS-specific insights and guidance from recent alumni.
